What’s The Purpose of MeetEdgar?
MeetEdgar is pretty cool and not many people have heard of it. Basically, it allows you to not only schedule out your social media posts, but you’ll be able to recycle previous posts and automatically post them. It’s really cool, frees up A LOT of your time, and you’ll constantly keep engagement with your audience.
It’s a simple way to promote your content to your audience in an automated way. It works perfect with Facebook (profiles, pages, groups), Twitter, and LinkedIn (profiles and company pages). You can then “recycle” your content and have it post in the future to always keep traffic coming to your content.
How We Use It In Our Business:
As you know, content you produce is made to be seen! Most people will publish content and only share it once. We like to publish content and promote it everywhere to the MAX. We don’t only promote it once, but we promote it forever! This allows us to get consistent traffic to our sites and keep engagement high on our social media platforms.
When we publish a blog post, video or podcast, we immediately have MeetEdgar publish our content on all social media networks. We then categorize the content within MeetEdgar’s platform and then set a frequency of when we want the content to be shared again. We’re able to look at a calendar and see how our content is being promoted. We like to have MeetEdgar post to social media every single day. We typically keep our efforts to Twitter and LinkedIn.
